Teaching Triangle

Three apex points of this triangle includes, Class room observations by expert team of RIT-CTL, sharing written reflection on observations with mentees and small group meeting to plan next steps.

As a result of participating in this program, individuals will:

  • Rejuvenate their own teaching practice by observing and reflecting on the teaching techniques of peers on campus
  • Reflect on their experiences as a learner in others’ classrooms
  • Build mutual mentoring relationships focused on teaching
